Terms of Service

BigCreator is operated by Shivam Nanda. By creating an account or using our services at www.bigcreator.in (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

You must provide a valid email and not impersonate any person or entity. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

BigCreator provides AI-assisted content tools: script writing, hashtag and caption generation, video transcription, competitor analysis, content calendar, and topic clustering. We use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Groq) and data providers (Apify) to deliver these features. Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors — always review before publishing.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Current pricing is Growth at ₹999/month and Pro at ₹2,499/month. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal.

Cancellation: Cancel any time from Settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the plan reverts to Free. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Refunds: If your plan was charged in error or a critical feature failed during your billing cycle, email bigcreatorai@gmail.com with your payment reference. We review refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds for buyer's remorse on a completed billing cycle are at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass quota limits, scrape the Service itself, or resell access.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with our systems or third-party APIs we depend on.
• Use the Service to impersonate real individuals without consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the inputs you provide (niche, handles, transcripts you submit) and the outputs we generate for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your inputs to deliver the Service. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models beyond what each provider already does for the API call itself.

Competitor Analyser and topic clustering use publicly available data from Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter via Apify. You are responsible for using this data lawfully and respecting the platforms' own terms.

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or specific business results. AI providers and data providers we depend on can change their APIs or pricing without our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
